Buying Movies and Credits

1. How can I buy movies?
You can buy movies in two ways:
Pay-per-view lets you pay for a movie by credit card when you choose to download it.
Pre-pay lets you buy movies using credits which can be bought in advance using your credit card.

2. How can I pay?
You can pay for credit packages by Visa or Mastercard credit cards.

3. Can I check whether a purchase has been successfully completed?
For each purchase you will be sent two emails: one will be sent by our payment gateway to confirm the success of the transaction. The other email will be sent by Tiscali Cinema to inform you that your purchase has been completed.

4. Where will these emails be sent?
Any email communications will be sent to the Tiscali email address you supply when you first register with the Tiscali Cinema.
