1. How do I download a film?
Tiscali Cinema allows you to download movie via both simple download and progressive download.

2. How does downloading work?
Select Download in the movie download page. We recommend using a download manager in order to optimize the downloading process.

3. Where can I find a Download Manager?
There are many different Download Mangers. You can find some of them FOR FREE at Tiscali Downloads.

4. What is Progressive Download?
Progressive download allows you to watch the movie whilst you are downloading it. We recommend Progressive Download to customers with an internet connection over 450 Kbps.

5. How does the progressive download work?
Select Progressive Download from the movie download page. Windows Media Player will be opened and start to download the file to your computer. As soon as enough of the file will have been downloaded, you will be able to start watching the film. When the whole film has been downloaded, don't forget to save it on your computer by selecting Save in the File menu.
