Licence Help
1. What is a licence? The licence is the means by which you're given the rights to watch a film. A licence is private and cannot be transfered to other users. When you get the licence it will be tied to your PC's hardware configuration. If you modify your PC's hardware it may result in the deactivation of the licence. You can't watch the movie on a different computer from the one on which you got the licence. 2. How long after I've bought the movie do I get to activate the licence? On our standard film rental, you have 10 days to activate your licence after you've bought the film. 3. How long is a licence valid? Licences for films sold on our standard 'rental' basis are valid for 48 hours after the activation. Licences for films with our buy-to-keep option do not expire, so you can watch the film as many times as you like. 4. When is the licence activated? 5. How do I activate the licence? The licence is activated automatically as you start watching the film. 6. During a download, if I've already got the licence and if I haven't saved the file yet, what happens if the connection fails? Do I need to buy a new licence? No. Your licence will be valid for 48 hours, in which you can download the movie as many times as you like. If you are using progressive download or streaming, you can watch the film again during the 48 hour period. 7. How many times can I watch the movie? You can watch the movie as many times as you want within 48 hours from the moment the licence is activated. 8. I've bought the movie and I've seen it once but now it asks again for the licence.
