3. How do I register?
Go to our login page where you will find information about signing up for Tiscali services.

4. What do I need in order to register?
If you are an existing Tiscali customer you can login with your normal email address and password. If you're not an existing Tiscali customer, all you need is an email address and your address in the UK.

5. Why can't I login?
Make sure you are typing in your email address and password correctly. Remember that your password is case-sensitive, so check that you don't have Caps Lock on. Also, Tiscali Cinema is only available to viewers in the United Kingdom — if you are trying to access the service from outside of the UK, you will not be able to login.
